How It Works

We partner with nonprofits, community organizations, and social enterprises to design and deliver custom training programs for their staff and communities. You identify the need, we build the program and deliver it on site. Every program is informed by our TESOL-based approach — using simple language, hands-on practice, and real-life examples so every participant can follow along and build confidence regardless of English level.

Programs are available as a one-time session, a multi-week series, or an ongoing engagement. Pricing is package-based or hourly depending on your needs.

What We Offer

Accounting, Finance & Bookkeeping From foundational financial literacy to full cycle accounting — for nonprofit staff, program participants, artisans, and small producers. We meet your team where they are and build practical skills they can use immediately.

Training areas include bookkeeping basics, budget tracking, income and expense management, balance sheet reconciliation, financial statement preparation, audit preparation, full cycle accounting, production and inventory tracking, pricing and costing basics, and using Google Sheets for financial management.

English for the Workplace Practical English communication skills connected directly to real workplace situations. Unlike traditional ESL instruction, every lesson is immediately useful — grounded in the language and contexts your participants actually encounter at work.

Training areas include professional vocabulary, reading workplace documents, writing professional emails, verbal communication, workplace culture and etiquette, and job application language. All sessions are informed by TESOL principles and designed for beginner to intermediate English levels.

Resume & Career Readiness Personalized support for women who are ready to enter or re-enter the workforce. We work with individuals or groups to build the tools and confidence needed for a successful job search.

Training areas include resume building, cover letter writing, job search strategies, interview preparation, using AI tools for job applications, and understanding the American workplace.
