Strengthening Voices. Expanding Opportunities. Building Community.
Why We Exist
Immigrant and refugee women bring talent, creativity, and determination — yet navigating careers or starting small businesses in a new country can feel overwhelming without guidance that understands their culture, strengths, and goals. Many women have valuable skills but lack access to clear, welcoming support that makes U.S. workplace expectations and business systems easy to navigate.
Dreamed Collective exists to close that gap.
We provide culturally rooted, practical guidance that helps women gain confidence, clarify their goals, and build economic independence through meaningful work or small-business creation. Our approach is warm, accessible, and designed to help women take the next step toward stability, income, and opportunity.
Our programs are always offered at no cost.
What We Do
Career Building Support
Prepare for meaningful work with confidence including resumes, cover letters, job searching, workplace navigation, interview prep, and building professional clarity.
Mentorship & Professional Connections
We connect women with professionals in fields such as law, engineering, healthcare, design, and more. These relationships offer guidance, networking opportunities, and real-world insight — helping participants explore new professions, understand career pathways, and envision what’s possible for their future.
Small Business Development Support
Support to explore and build home-based businesses through hands-on skill workshops, including sewing and product-making, learning how to set up a simple online store using platforms like Shopify or Etsy, basic pricing and organization, and creating an online presence.
