Parna Khot, Board Director

Parna is a technology executive and startup founder with over 20 years of experience leading engineering and AI teams at companies including Amazon and Microsoft. She currently heads Kairos Spark, an AI-powered platform helping nonprofits streamline their funding efforts. 

As an immigrant and woman in the tech industry, Parna has seen how unfamiliarity with the U.S. education and workforce systems can limit opportunities for families, and how crucial mentorship and guidance are in creating equitable paths forward. Her work with DreamED Collective reflects her commitment to paying it forward and helping refugees and immigrants navigate systems that don’t reflect their lived experiences.
