Reena Chaudhary, Executive Director

Reena has over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector supporting Business Operations, Accounting, and HR for equity-focused organizations. She also created her own nonprofit accounting consulting business, offering financial and operational support to mission-driven organizations working toward community impact. Through this work, she has seen how unfamiliar workplace and business systems can limit opportunities for immigrant and refugee women, insights that inspired her to create Dreamed Collective.

As the daughter of immigrants, Reena has navigated two worlds: understanding her cultural roots while growing up in the U.S. and recognizing how those unfamiliar with its systems and culture are often at a disadvantage. Dreamed Collective was born from this understanding, combining her professional expertise and lived experience to build a culturally responsive program that supports refugee and immigrant women through rebuilding their careers and beyond.
