Reena Chaudhary, Founder and Executive Director

Reena has over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector as an accountant, providing financial leadership for organizations at the intersection of equity and education. In this work, she witnessed firsthand how systemic barriers limit opportunities for the communities she served—insights that ultimately inspired her to create DreamED Collective.

As the daughter of immigrants, Reena has navigated two worlds: understanding her cultural roots while growing up in the U.S. and recognizing how those unfamiliar with its systems and culture are often at a disadvantage. DreamED Collective was born from this understanding, combining her professional expertise and lived experience to build culturally responsive programs that guide refugee and immigrant youth and women through education, career pathways, and beyond.
