Mariam, Professional Development Facilitator

Mariam has several years of experience supporting Administrative and Operational spaces as well as providing educational training opportunities for employees within the tech industry and the non-profit sector. With a passion for education and equity in the workplace, she has focused her efforts around working with organizations that centralize those values. 

Mariam is a child of immigrants and grew up watching her parents adapt to their new reality -- learning a new language, a new social environment, and more. They were champions for her education and helped her see the importance of expanding one's skillset. She comes to DreamED Collective with an eagerness to provide her skills and support to help level the playing field for others who aspire to reach new heights in their new environment.
